Shipping Methods

For items in stock, we aim to deliver your canvas(es) within 2-3 days of purchase.
However in some cases this may take up to seven days for individual finishing, delivery, and framing.

In the event that a particular item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date as we will always aim to have your item shipped at the earliest possible opportunity.

For Canvases that are made to order and personalised to suit your special occasion, please allow a lead in time of two weeks, starting from the completed brief and receiving of any personal images required, and includes concept, creative process from date of delivery of your brief, canvas output and personalisation.

If you need something in a hurry, please get in touch and let us know. There may be a small additional shipping fee, but we'll do our best to help you.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

SALE ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED FOR AN EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

You may return your purchase of goods with proof of purchase within 14 days of date of invoice to us by mail order at the address provided below. You must then return the goods to us at your expense, postage and packaging will not be refunded. 

The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unmarked condition with sale tags still attached.  

Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we reserve the right not to accept their return. We will refund your purchase price to you in full within 14 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery: You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt.

Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.

 Please obtain proof of dispatch from the courier company in case your package fails to reach us.  It is the responsibility of the customer to return items to MFT and obtain suitable insurance for the value of goods enclosed.

Please note: any items purchased on the website will be sold in conformity to the contract stated above.

 

Returns & cancellation policy

Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.

You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying us either by email in writing within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card.

You may cancel your purchase of goods within 14 days of receipt of goods by notifying us by phone or email. You must then return the goods to us at your expense. Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we reserve the right not to accept their return. We will refund your purchase price to you in full within 14 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery: You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt.

 

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims

Damage in transit: If the goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 2 days of delivery.

 

Shortages

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery.

 

Incorrect Goods

It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days from delivery.

 

Non-Deliveries

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

 Any claims regarding errors in dispatch or invoicing of any Product must be submitted to the Company within seven days of receipt of the advice note or invoice. The Company may refuse to recognise a claim not made within that period.
